Everything Mamas Need to Know About Freeze-Dried Breast Milk 🍼
With all of these complications, it’s no wonder that Jenney Korasick and her co-founder, Trish, worked to develop a solution to this common problem.
The two mothers were facing the same question that many of their clients are now facing: ‘How can I continue breastfeeding for as long as I want without causing too much extra stress in my life?’
While there are several ways to store breastmilk, most end with the liquid gold getting thrown out. The two co-founders formulated a solution that protected breastmilk for as long as mamas needed it. And that is freeze-dried breast milk.
Leche is a modern and innovative solution to an age-old problem. It is a direct-to-mom breast milk freeze-drying service that supports mothers and enhances the shelf life of breast milk.
We’ll leave the process to the experts, but the solution comes in a simple package with a 3-year shelf life. Your purchase of Leche products comes with all the necessary materials.

No matter how much you campaign for peace in your family, sibling rivalry is a natural evil. Studies say sibling conflict can occur up to eight times an hour.
One of the reasons siblings fight is to create differentiation. Sibling rivalry is part of several children’s developmental phases, as it helps children discover what makes them unique. It’s a low-stakes way for your children to learn about compromises and navigate difficult relationships.
Although sibling tiffs are a natural part of growing up, you can avoid these squabbles in five simple steps.
Avoid Comparisons and Labels
As parents, we never want to put our kids in a box, and labels often do that. Saying something like, ‘he's my smart boy,’ or ‘That’s my brave girl,’ could put undue pressure and division on your children’s relationships or place their identities and features into a box. This pressure could culminate in a fight.
Spend Individual Time With Both Your Children
Showing your kids they matter doesn’t take long. Spend at least ten to fifteen minutes a day with each of your children individually. Check in on them and love them, according to their individual needs and wants.
Don’t Play Referee
Don’t try to break your kids' fights up play referee. Instead, listen to both parties and encourage healthy conversations. This will develop their problem-solving skills and teach them to discuss conflicts like mature adults.
Don’t Force Sharing
If a fight breaks out over a toy, instead of forcing one child to share with the other, suggest another option for the child vying for the toy. Immediately jumping to a ‘sharing is caring’ mentality might make your children more territorial over their toys, leading to more conflicts in the future.

Materials: ✂️
Light brown, dark brown, medium brown, and orange felt
Template
Glue sticks
White yarn
Marker
Scissors
Instructions:
Make a pie template by cutting a piece of paper into a triangle and tracing it onto the felt. Cut out three light brown triangles, one orange, and two dark brown.
Glue the orange to the top of the light brown to make pumpkin pie.
Make the brown pie. Glue the dark brown on top of the light brown felt. Next, trim up some light brown strips of tan felt and weave them to make a lattice. Glue as you go and attach it to the filling.
To make the pecan pie, glue the dark brown felt on top of the light brown felt. Cut out long medium brown strips, fold them in half, and glue them. Next, cut them into strips of similar sizes and make several. Fold the strips into thirds and glue them together until you have enough pecans to fill the pie. Glue them onto the pie, leaving enough room for the crust. You might want to make the crust first.
Make the ‘crust’ by cutting out two strips, gluing them together at the bottom, then twisting them around each other, gluing as you go.
Next, make the whipped cream. Make a pom pom with your white yarn. Twist it around two fingers, then slip a piece around two fingers and tie it around the center of the yarn. Tighten the knot and cut through the loops.
Attach the crust to the pie and trim off any access. Glue on the whipped cream and string the pies to make a garland.
🍋 Lemon Hack : 5 tips on how mums can also enjoy the holidays
Let’s be honest Moms are busy, especially on holidays! Thanksgiving is a time for family and gratitude, and moms can certainly enjoy the holiday along with their families. Here are five ways they can do so:
🦃 Delegate Responsibilities: Encourage other family members to take on specific tasks and responsibilities, such as setting the table, preparing side dishes, or helping with the cleanup. Delegating tasks not only lightens the load for moms but also allows other family members to contribute to the celebration.
🦃 Plan Ahead: Moms can reduce stress by planning and organizing ahead of time. This includes creating a timeline for meal preparation, making a shopping list well in advance, and even preparing some dishes ahead of time. Planning ahead helps ensure a smoother Thanksgiving day, allowing moms to relax and enjoy the festivities.
🦃 Create Traditions: Establishing family traditions can make Thanksgiving more enjoyable for everyone. Whether it's a special dish that only gets prepared on Thanksgiving, a particular game or activity, or even a post-meal walk, creating traditions can help moms and the entire family look forward to and cherish the holiday.
🦃 Take Breaks: Moms often find themselves busy in the kitchen, but it's important to take breaks and enjoy the company of family and friends. Whether it's sitting down for a few minutes to chat, playing a game with the kids, or simply taking a short walk, taking breaks can help moms recharge and fully participate in the celebration.
🦃 Focus on Gratitude: Encourage everyone to share what they are thankful for during the Thanksgiving meal. This shift in focus to gratitude can create a positive atmosphere and help moms appreciate the meaningful moments with their families. It's a reminder of the purpose of the holiday and can bring joy and fulfillment to the celebration.
Remember, Thanksgiving is about coming together, expressing gratitude, and enjoying each other's company. Moms play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and by implementing these tips, they can also fully savor the holiday with their families.
