💻 📺 How to Motherhood: How Much Screen Time is Too Much?

Can screen time possibly be a good thing? As busy moms who like at least some peace and quiet in our days, we’d like to think so. So, for now, we’re going to allow our kids to park themselves in front of Baby Shark or Bluey and take a load off ourselves. And, let’s face it, we all secretly love watching these shows along with our kids.

But we need to be cautious of allowing our kids access to too much of a good thing, especially when it comes to screen time. The American Academy of Pediatrics suggests that children under the age of two should spend no more than one hours on their devices a day.

Experts recommend watching together with your children, as discussing the storyline and exchanging ideas has a learning effect for the little ones.

So maybe limit your children’s TV time and opt for some educational games, there are a huge amount of educational apps these days!
