There are several ways in which your child can and probably has communicated with you. Children communicate with their body language, words, and actions. You can even employ other languages, like sign language when you’re teaching your child to communicate with you. Although this skill might be the most complex on our list, it’s also one of the most integral skills that your child can learn throughout their lives.
Motor Skills 🛴
Once your toddler is talking, you need to get them moving! Start encouraging your baby to move, whether that means developing their gross motor skills by teaching them to walk, maintain balance, and jump. Or you can start small and teach them fine motor skills, like buttoning their clothes, drawing, opening things, and even writing! Every child will develop these skills at their own pace

Teaching your child how they can and should interact with the world around them is a life-long journey, but one you can start right now. Begin implementing rules in your house that teach these skills, like taking turns, listening, and using their manners. While it might take a while for your little one to grasp these skills, introducing them as early as possible will help your child succeed.
Early Learning Skills 🧠
It’s never too early to teach your children how to think! Read books to your kids, sing them songs, and play games with them that help their brains develop. Reading to your child is one of the best ways to teach them how to think. Your little ones might even learn how to read on their own if they’re exposed to books from an early age.
Imagination Skills 💡
The final skill on our list is yet another valuable life skill that your child needs to know, and that’s the ability to play pretend and imagine. While all of the other skills on this list will help your child interact with the world around them, the ability to imagine and play will help your child remain a child, and that’s a priceless skill.
